This album, with the subtitle 'Wish', contains what the Fooditorium wishes for his precious people after the confusing Corona Pandemic.

The mysterious sound created by the unique texture of the combination of piano and string instruments

The music that Puditorium has been showing so far has been songs in various regions, movie music, and albums with the color of jazz, but the music that they ultimately wanted to do was music made with a combination of piano, violin, viola, and cello instruments. Although piano and string instruments are familiar to us, when they mix different textures or sounds, they create a mysterious sound that we have not normally heard. I tried to include various tones that I could produce.

This album, in which the Puditorium participated as a piano player, was joined by Shim Jeong-eun (violin), Park Mi-ri (viola), and Kang Chan-wook (cello) as an ensemble. In addition, engineer Kang Hyo-min, who was in charge of recording and mixing at Brickwall Sound at Sungshin Women's University, is a leading engineer who has worked with famous artists such as Park Hyo-shin, Jung Jun-il, Jeong Jae-il, and Yo-Yo Ma. exerted. Engineer Nam Sang-wook, who participated in mastering, is a world-class engineer who was nominated for the Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical award at the 54th Grammy Awards, and captured the concept of this album and the story he wanted to tell with the best sound.

After a long hiatus, he dreams of a second life in music by presenting the music he really wanted!

He studied his own musical world and performance technique for a long time, and the fragments of emotions he felt through his life met with them to create a piece of music. '바램'이 소제목인 이번 앨범은 혼란스러웠던 코로나 팬데믹 이후 푸디토리움이 그의 소중한 사람들에게 바라는 것들을 담고 있다.

피아노와 현악기의 조합이 보여주는 독특한 질감으로 만들어내는 신비로운 사운드

푸디토리움이 그동안 선보였던 음악은 다양한 지역의 언어들이 섞인 노래와 영화 음악 그리고 재즈의 색깔이 녹여진 음반들이었지만 궁극적으로 하고 싶었던 음악은 피아노, 바이올린, 비올라, 첼로 악기의 조합으로 만들어진 음악이었다. 우리에게 익숙한 피아노와 현악기지만 다른 질감이나 소리를 섞었을 때 평소에 듣지 못했던 신비로운 사운드를 내는데, 그는 실제로 이러한 소리를 나타내기 위해 현악기의 비브라토 기법에 신경 썼으며 레코딩 시 악기의 세팅을 바꿔가며 현악기가 낼 수 있는 다양한 음색을 담으려 애썼다.

푸디토리움이 직접 피아노 연주로 참여한 이번 앨범은 심정은(바이올린), 박미리(비올라), 강찬욱(첼로)이 앙상블로 함께 참여하였다. 또한 성신여대 브릭월 사운드에서 진행되었던 레코딩과 믹싱을 담당한 강효민 엔지니어는 박효신, 정준일, 정재일, 그리고 요요마와 같은 유명 아티스트와 작업한 유수한 엔지니어이며 그동안 푸디토리움과 함께 작업해온 내공으로 환상의 호흡을 발휘하였다. 마스터링으로 참여한 남상욱 엔지니어는 제54회 그래미상에서 비클래식 부문 최고 기술상(Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical) 후보에 오른 세계적인 실력파 엔지니어로 이번 앨범이 가진 콘셉트와 하고자 하는 이야기를 최상의 사운드로 담아냈다.
