솔로 프로젝트 undergrOund idOl 시리즈를 성공적으로 완성시킨 온리원오브가 오랜만에 완전체 앨범 'seOul cOllectiOn'을 들고 돌아온다.
겉으로는 화려한 불빛들로 가득 차 보이지만 서울에 살고있는 청춘들의 고독과 외로움 그리고 방황을 담은 곡들을 모았기에 앨범명을 seOul cOllectiOn으로 정했다. 여기에는 일본에서 선공개된 'chrOme hearts'를 선두로 타이틀곡 'seOul drift', 'blueblueseOul' 등 온리원오브만의 장르를 연결시키는 곡들로 가득 채웠다.
