우리나라를 대표하는 핑거스타일 기타리스트 정성하가 2025년 9월 26일 커버 연주앨범을 발매
한다. 이번 앨범은 지난 2017년 발매한 앨범 [MIXTAPE]에 이어 8년 만에 발매하는 커버 연주 앨
범이다.
이번 앨범에는 총 6곡이 실린다. 1번 트랙에는 1988년 건즈 앤 로지스가 발매했던 'Sweet Child
o` Mine', 2번 트랙에는 퀸의 4집 앨범에 실렸던 'Bohemian Rhapsody' 3번 트랙에는 영국의 록밴
드 다이어 스트레이츠의 명곡 'Sultans Of Swing', 4번 트랙에는 레드 제플린의 Stairway To Heaven'
5번 트랙에는 마이클 잭슨의 'Beat It', 6번 트랙에는 이글스의 'Hotel California'가 수록될 예정이다.
1970~80년대에 전 세계에서 메가 히트했던 유명한 락 명곡을 핑거스타일 기타연주로 재해석했다.
특히 이번 앨범에서 정성하는 락밴드로 발매된 모든 악기와 사운드를 기타 한 대로 표현했다.
정성하는 발매 곡들을 선정할 때도 대중성과 예술성 등을 고려하며 고민의 고민을 거듭했다는 후
문이다.
또한 이번 앨범에서 눈여겨봐야 할 점은 국내 신예 기타리스트 김영소, 김진산 등이 참여해 듀
엣 연주를 하며 앨범의 완성도를 더했다는 점이다. 꾸준히 다양한 아티스트와 소통하고 협업해
온 정성하가 신예 아티스트들과 하는 콜라보레이션은 대중들의 관심을 끌기 충분하다.
[MIXTAPE]라는 앨범명은 옛날에 자신이 좋아하는 곡들을 모아서 카세트테이프에 녹음해 놓은
것을 믹스테이프라고 불렀던 것에서 아이디어를 얻었다.
정성하는 “8년 만에 시리즈 커버 앨범을 발매할 수 있어서 기쁘고, 남녀노소 많은 리스너분들
