Please understand that any defects in the first copy, such as record scratches or missing inserts, will not be accepted if there is no unboxing video.
- Please check the condition of the jacket before removing the packaging plastic. Vinyl exchange is possible within one week only if there is a hearing problem.
- If you use an all-in-one or entry-level audio model without a turntable tone arm or weight adjustment function, popping may occur when playing some tracks.
- The actual color of the jacket and color disc may differ from the web image.
- Due to the nature of color discs, there may be color differences between albums during the production process.
- Colored discs may contain small dots or other color dyes generated during the manufacturing process.

Here are some things to keep in mind when purchasing LP.
※ Jacket/Components/Packaging Status
1) Depending on the production/delivery process, minor jacket creases, pressed edges, or cracks may occur, and the inner sleeve may crack due to contact with the disc.
If a product that appears to be defective has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
2) Disc labels may not be attached smoothly during the process, and the outer packaging vinyl is not subject to quality guarantee.
3) Most LPs made in Japan do not have sealed vinyl.
4) Digital download codes may be terminated without notice at our headquarters.

※ Poor playback
1) If you are using a turntable without a pressure control function (mainly all-in-one models), abnormalities may occur when playing tracks with large differences in dynamic sound.
Returns/exchanges are not possible for defective playback caused by device problems, so we recommend playing on a device that can adjust the needle pressure.
2) Discs may not play smoothly due to static electricity and dust. Most problems can be resolved by removing them with a dedicated product.
3) Playback may not be smooth even if dust accumulates on the needle.

※ Disc appearance defect
1) Due to the nature of the vinyl manufacturing process by applying heat, the surface of the disc may be slightly uneven or curved.
If playback is unstable, using a stabilizer will allow for more stable playback.
2) In some cases, the disc center hole diameter is made small to minimize distortion of the playback sound range and remain as consistent as possible even during repeated playback. If it does not fit the turntable spindle, adjust the center hole using a dedicated product.
3) There may be minor scratches on the disc or the printed surface may be unclean, but this is not a defect in the product. However, if there is a problem with playback, return/exchange due to defect is possible.

※ Color disc
In the cases below, the product is not defective and cannot be returned/exchanged after opening.
1) The actual color of the color disc may differ from the web image.
2) Due to the nature of color discs, there may be differences in color from album to album during the production process.
3) Color discs may have stains, smears, or spots due to mixing of different color dyes during the production process.

※ Return/exchange information
1) When requesting a return/exchange due to a defect, a video of the unboxing may be requested to confirm the defect. If there is no video, return/exchange may be restricted.
Please contact customer service by attaching relevant photos and videos and the model name of the playback device.
2) LP jackets are highly likely to be damaged during frequent delivery and resale is difficult, so please purchase carefully.

Returns/exchanges are not possible for defective playback caused by device problems, so we recommend playing on a device with an adjustable tone arm.
2) Discs may not play smoothly due to static electricity and dust. Most problems can be resolved by removing them with a dedicated product.
3) Playback may not be smooth even if dust accumulates on the needle.

※ Disk error
1) The disc surface may become uneven or curved. Returns or exchanges are only possible if there is a problem with playback.
2) In some cases, the disc center hole diameter is made small to minimize distortion of the playback sound range and remain as consistent as possible even during repeated playback. If it does not fit the turntable spindle, adjust the center hole using a dedicated product.
3) Occasionally, there may be fine scratches left on the disc or the finish may not be clean. Returns or exchanges are only possible if there is a problem with playback.

2) 디스크 라벨은 공정상 매끄럽게 부착되지 않을 수도 있으며 겉포장 비닐은 품질보증대상이 아닙니다.

※ 재생 불량
1) 침압 조절 기능이 없는 턴테이블을 사용하시는 경우, (주로 올인원 형태 모델) 다이내믹 사운드의 편차가 큰 트랙을 재생할 때 이상 현상이 발생할 수 있습니다.
기기 문제로 인해 발생하는 재생 불량 현상에 대해서는 반품/교환이 불가하니 침압 조절이 가능한 기기에서 재생하실 것을 권유 드립니다.
2) 디스크는 정전기와 먼지로 인해 재생이 원활하지 않은 경우가 있습니다. 전용 제품으로 이를 제거하면 대부분 해결됩니다.
3) 바늘에 먼지가 쌓이는 경우에도 재생이 원활하지 않을 수 있습니다.

※ 디스크 외관 불량
1) 열을 가하여 제작하는 바이닐 공정 특성상 디스크 표면이 미세하게 울렁거리거나 휘어지는 경우가 있습니다.
재생이 불안정한 경우 스태빌라이저를 사용하시면 좀 더 안정적인 재생이 가능합니다.
2) 재생 음역의 왜곡을 최소화 하고 반복 재생시에도 최대한 일관되게 유지되도록 디스크 센터 홀 구경이 작게 제작되는 경우가 있습니다. 턴테이블 스핀들에 맞지 않는 경우에는 전용 제품 등을 이용하여 센터 홀을 조정하시면 해결됩니다.
3) 디스크에 미세한 잔 흠집이 남아있거나 인쇄 면이 깨끗하지 않은 경우가 있으며, 이는 상품의 불량이 아닙니다. 단, 재생에 이상이 있는 경우에는 불량으로 인한 반품/교환이 가능합니다

※ 컬러 디스크
